The Minister responsible for telecommunications, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 14(2)(c) and 14(9) of the Telecommunications Act 1986, makes the following Order:

Short title

1.- This Order may be cited as the Telecommunications (First Schedule) Amendment Order 2008.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.- The First Schedule of the Telecommunications Act 1986 is  amended by

(a) arranging the Specified Carriers listed in the Schedule in alphabetical order; and

(b) inserting in alphabetical order the following entry :

“Bermuda Land Development Company Limited”.
