Section 11.- The rights to protection of his / her personhood, in particular of his or her life and health, civic honour and human dignity as well as of its privacy, name and expressions of personal nature.
Section 12.- Concerning the writings of personal nature, portraits, images, video and audio records images and pictures of natural persons. The possibilities of their making or using are conditioned by consent of the natural person. The consent is not necessary in the cases stipulated by the act.
Section 13.- Concerning the removal of consequences of illegitimate infringement upon the right to the privacy protection of the natural person and the right to a remedy of non-proprietary damage by means of money as well.
Section 15.- After the death of the individual, the right to protection of personhood may be asserted by his or her spouse or children or, if there are no spouse or children, to his or her parents.
Section 16.- Concerning the responsibility of a person for the damage caused by his/her ilegitimate infringement upon the right to the protection of personality of other natural person.
